The registration fee includes all educational sessions, the Friday night reception and Saturday lunch.

If you cannot attend, written notification to firstname.lastname@example.org must be received by September 1, 2017. Refund requests must be made in writing to email@example.com by September 1, 2017. No refunds available after September 1. Substitutions are welcome at the conference by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 803-777-9444.The conference organizers reserve the right to cancel and refund all registration fees for any course due to circumstances beyond it’s control, including insufficient enrollment. The liability of the conference is limited to the enrollment fee and the conference will not be responsible for any losses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits. Refunds take four to six weeks to process.
